Bottle. Pours near clear but deep ruby amber with big foamy off white head and very good lace. Aromas of big sweetness from grainy malts, toffee notes, pitted fruits and some light citrus (peel). Medium body, lightly carbonated, gentle sweetness. Finish is sweet, lingering sweetness, mouthfeel being creamy. Subtle, refreshing and satisfying. If maybe a slight touch cloying on the finish.

Min allra första belgare i Belgien. Den får bra betyg. Och miljön den dracks på var riktigt grym!

0.33L bottle. Pours a clear, deep red with a fluffy off white hea that lingers. Aromas of cough drop, dusty hop, alcohol, raspberry and cherry. Fairly sweet up front, hints of butterscotch and fruit. Finishes with some decent bittering hops to balance off the sugars with some warm alcohol and cloying sugars in the end. Full body with a nice, creamy mouthfeel and mild carbonation. Overall, a fairly sugary, but tasty beer. It strikes a decent balance between malt and bittering hops, and has a noteworthy mouthfeel.

It does what it says on the tin this: it’s ruby red with a covering of off-white head and some good carbonation with a few flakes of sediment. It smells of red fruit jellies and fruit pastilles with a dash of sherbet, but for all that, the aroma doesn’t reek of sweetness. The carbonation is stronger than I expected in such a rich beer. Some good sweetness and twinges of raspberry and blackberry juiciness. It sits perched on the palate, a welcome guest, and lingers like the tasty little devil it is. A port-like finish that I thoroughly enjoyed.

Muddy ruby. Thin beige head and lacing. Very fruity aroma of port, sugar, berries and wine gum. Caramel, red currants and other berries in taste.

0.75 bottle. The color is ruby red just like commercially described, the head is small and tanned. Sweet aroma, kind of malty-ish with dark fruits. Taste is also sweet and also contains dark fruits and malts, apart from that some spices are present. Medium body, thick texture, and soft carbonation. Finish can be described as more conventional when it comes to Belgian beers - it has more spicy notes, more complexity, and more sourness. Overall the beer is quite good, but considering the style it could have been better.

Cerveza oscura-rojiza. Tiene una espuma densa y un gusto algo afrutado y dulce. Algo diferente.

Red-amber coloured, clear with a small dark white head. Noses of dried dark fruits, raisins and herbs. A bit lively at first showing a medium body with a somewhat slick texture. Fruity and malty/bready sweet with a light floral herb note. The finish is medium lasting building a light bitterness.

Bottle 33cl. Clear ruby red color, small tan creamy head, settles down to a creamy layer with yeast islets, good lacing; aroma sweet toasted , dark fruit (cherries, berries), candy sugar, hint of licorice; rather fruity sweet taste, toasted malts; full body, creamy mouthfeel; sweetbitter fruity and toasted finish.

Iets bittere nasmaak. Indeed a nice, ruby-red beer with a light brown layer of foam. It has a nice, sweet aroma with the touch of alcohol. This goes on into the taste, and this also has the touch of licorice. Slightly bitter aftertaste.
