3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Keg @ Ma Rica Rokk, Brugge. Clear golden with a small head. Crisp keg ale, fairly strong tasting but retains plenty of its style in aroma and taste. Yeast, a touch of spice and a nice smoothness.

Alert: first rating ever!
Aroma: dough, something I can’t quite put my finger on.
Appearance: clear golden with a nice foamy head that disappears quickly
Taste: Too much of a rookie to accurately describe. I can find sweet and bitter in the taste, bitterness is not overwhelming.
Palate: soft carbonation with a nice oily texture
Overall: Very enjoyable overall, though not enough complexity for my taste. Take your time to enjoy this one, I’m sure you’ll like it!

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Crystal clear, brilliant golden body with a small, white head that laces the glass well. Quite strong aroma of Belgian yeast, pale malts, spices and a whiff of alcohol. The flavour follows in the path of the aroma, but is not very strong. The alcohol is fairly well integrated. Moderate sweet taste and a light to moderate bitterness. Mid-bodied, oily texture, moderate carbonation, not much dryness. A decent beer, but a tad too sweet and faint.
