3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
330ml bottle (some random bar, Bruges)
6 Sweet perfumey malts.
3 Mid gold, healthy persistent head
6 Lovely soft perfumey malts and hops. Quite clear real hops, but still very malted
3 If it wasn’t for the residual sugars, this would have a thin palate, but it does have carbonation that fits well with that level of sweetness. Finish fairly crisp, and with fresh green hops.
13- Very easy drinker. A hoppier version of Leffe, say.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Nice solid head, not too much of it, and a very bright yellow with some good carbonation. Aroma of hops, coriander, grains. Taste is mostly hops with a bit of tinniness, grassy notes. Very dry finish. It’s a very good blonde.

3.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Clear golden beer with heavy carcarbonation and pearl white head. Yeast, cheese, some spices, grass. Nice malts going on. A quite dry beer that could do with a more explicit taste. Good alcohol in the back. I like it, although it’s not very complex. (Bottle 33cl, 5,50 eur)

Dark amber with fine lasting off-white head.
Very fruity "cassis" nose. Fine base beer - malty with some hops. Typical belgian stron ale apart from the fruits - raspberries as well?
Overall a fine beer.
