COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Obsession is defined as the "compulsive preoccupation with a fixed idea or an unwanted feeling or emotion, often accompanied by symptoms of anxiety." As the reigning darling hop of the brewing industry, Citra is oftent the object of brewers’ obsession and affection. We lucked into a bunch of it, and decided to showcase its myriad tropical fruit flavors in a package meant for easy and exuberant consumption.

Growler... Muckfest 2014… Pours lightly-hazed and golden with a minimal, short-lived, fizzy, white head. The aroma is immensely tropical, juicy and a touch citrusy. Medium-bodied with modest carbonation. Leans a smidge toward the bitter side of balance, but is mostly thin and watery. Still pleasant and enjoyable.

on tap at the brewpub; light amber to gold color; citrusy, grapefruit aroma; nice, clean, crisp, citrusy hop flavor on a very light malt background that lets the hops shine; a light, easy drinking session beer with plenty of hop flavor
