Brewed to welcome the sunshine and warmth of the summer months, this riff on the American Wheat style shows pleasant hop-derived aromas of tropical fruit and pear, with background crackery malt. The flavors of German and American malts combine to show enough character to be interesting, and yet remain refreshing.

Draft at the brewpub. Pours a hazy yellow color with a medium sized frothy head. Decent head retention. Soft wheat aroma with mild sugared fruits. The taste is bread, slight toast, caramel and tropical fruits in the finish. Medium bodied.
