RichJ7 (853), Cullman, Alabama, USA Apr 30, 2008 Nice honey-colored pour with a quarter-inch white head. Citrusy hop nose. A little sharp in the flavor department at first, but the malt character comes out as it warms and balances the hop spiciness. A pleasant beer, but not overly earth shattering.
cale422 (25), Timmonsville, South Carolina, USA Jun 2, 2008 copper orange haze from hops. citrus flavor grapefruity and strong hop zest. a decent ipa. obguthr (707), Poquoson, Virginia, USA Apr 26, 2008 Grapefruit, yeast, chestnut, and walnut nose. Dingy orange color, floaties, no head. Flavor is grapefruit, pine needle, and caramel malt. Grapefruit zest on the palate. Mildly refreshing, full of flavor. nearbeer (1044), Knoxville, Tennessee, USA Mar 20, 2008 Updated: May 4, 200812 oz. Clear, burnt orange with a 3-finger, lasting head. Pleasant earthy citrus, peach, and resin aroma. Malt dominated front is slowly overtaken by the resiny hop bitterness, but still leaves some nice roasted grain flavors mixed with the bitter herb and resin hop in the aftertaste. Light medium-body is smooth and sessionable. Palidor19 (1152), Brandon, Florida, USA Mar 10, 2008 smells a bit soapy. taste a tad thin on both the malts and the hops for an IPA. still its a decent session IPA
