Bottled. A dark red beer with a brown head. The aroma has notes of alcohol, malt, over ripe fruits, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with chocolate, roasted malt, and straw, leading to a dry finish.

JanLaursen (2731) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - NOV 13, 2012
UPDATED: NOV 14, 2012 Bottle, 66 cl. Very dark brown with a reddish hue and a small beige head. Aroma has lots of dark, creamy chocolate notes. Taste is dark sugars, dark chocolate, cream, vanilla. A little cloying, sticky texture. Not my idea of a great beer, let alone a great quad. Almost vulgar.

Bottle, 22oz. Itís a dark brown one, more or less clear, and with a dark beige head. Quite chocolatey aroma, with vanilla and coffee. Roasted matls too. Itís full-bodied and quite sweetish, with vanilla, roasted malts and lots of chocolate. Pleasant carbonation. Chocolatey finish with a good touch of roasted malts and vanilla. Well, I certainly like the chocolate part of the beer, but itís not superb in any way. But I like it though. 121109
