COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This wonderful wheat is slightly sweet and spicy from the coriander and candied orange peels that are part of this traditional Belgium recipe. Simply delicious served with a slice of lemon.

On tap at Shamrocks Pub & Grill. Served a slightly hazy light golden color with a small head that faded to some lacing. Aroma of fresh grain and some citrus with a hint of fruity sweetness. Light taste of citrus and a mild sweetness with fresh grain and a hint of spice. Very subtle bitterness and a dry finish. Light body, smooth and refreshing. has a somewhat creamy texture. Nice Witbier. Good for the summer season or even to compliment a meal. Worth a try.

bottle... medium murky golden grown, watery light tan head... the aroma is super sweet, reminds me of Fruit Loops, very sugary, a touch of wheat, and alcohol not totally bad, but weird for sure... tastes are sugary as the nose, ground up Fruit Loops with wet whole grains... this beer is unsuccessful

Bottle... Poured vibrant, cloudy, pale yellow with a big, white head. NO LEMON! Nose had some strong yeast esters, berries, and earthy grass tones. Lots of carbonation, wheat malts, crackers, berries, yeast esters. Some spice, coriander and citrus. A nice drying finish that was quite quenching.

Bottle. Aroma of coriander, clove, and lemons. Poured a golden color with a quickly vanishing head. Taste was average, kinda watery with hints of orange peel. Boring palate, almost no carbonation

bottle thanks to tizzlejizzle. gold with a white head that dissipates fast. nose is heavy on the lemon, citrus, faint spices, and wheat. easy on the palate, flavor is dominated by clove/spices, watery, lemon, and a wheaty finish.

This was courtesy of Strykzone. The 22-oz bottle first was a gusher, and after a cup poured out on to the tablecloth it poured a cloudy orange to gold with a very large white head and light lacing. Nose of orange peel. Body light and mouthfeel lively. The flavor is of citrus and some coriander spice. There are better witbiers around, but this one was certainty drinkable.

It poured an orange color with a off-white head. The aroma was wheat, fruit and some coriander. The flavor was coriander, and the aromas above. It was an ok beer.

I really liked this one. Thinner pour with a clear gold body and a bubbly smalle white head. Aroma of orange citrus, spicey, grassy wheat, yeast and juice. Flavor of honey, orange, slight earth, vanilla and dry grains. Solid but judging how off my rating is I may possibly have had to much.

Bottle shared by jcwattsrugger at Dmac’s house. Pours apple gold. White head. Nose and taste of orange peel, lemonzest, caramel and wheat. Spicy hops in finish. Decent.
