Our Amber is a beautiful red color with slight sweetness and a wonderful blend of hops.

This beer pours a slightly hazy copper color with a very small off-white head, and the aroma is toasted and caramel malts. The taste is slightly umami, slightly sour, and a touch sweet, and the aftertaste is slightly nutty and more like a brown than an amber. The palate fuses a slick texture, medium-light body, and a soft carbonation.

Copper pour with creamy off white head. Aroma is light caramel malt and no hops to me. Sweet caramel malt with a light/medium floral bitter finish. Medium bodied with good carbonation.

Bottle @ Brunch. Amber pour with a white head. Kind of briney and acidic on the nose. Lots of bread, toffee, and toast. Flavor is a little bit briney, but also acidic. A light piney bitterness, some spicy hops, and a fair amount of toasted bread. Some caramel and toffee, too.

12oz bottle, from Lukas Liquor in Missouri, purchased during my stay for RBSG. Mostly clear dark amber red color. Thin khaki head. Leaves loose bits of lace. Light to medium body. Smooth, kind of crisp, creamy, lighter carbonation. Light slick texture. Good tropical fruity hop, and toasty malt. Good chocolate notes. Light caramel. Moderate bitter, light to moderate sweet. Good fruity bitter hop balance on this amber ale. I dig it. Great to enjoy with my sandwich.

This beer is a very clear amber color in the glass and upon it sits but a little ring of head. It has a malty nose w/ some toasty notes and some toffee. This is medium bodied and just a bit sweet and that sweetness brings w/ it a pretty nice malt character. It finishes w/ a bit of grassy, earthy bitterness.

Pour at the RBsG 2014 Schlafly Brunch (Maplewood, MO). Pours a deeper glowing copper pour, fiery glow with a bit of tannish ringed head atop. Mellow lacing, just faint haze in the body. Aromas are a bit sweet, gentle caramel and faint toast. Some earthy hops, gentle biscuit and florals. Initial is a bit nutty, lighter end of medium bodied with some toastiness, gentle orange and floral. A bit of toastiness, faint cocoa and dryness as we start to get past the middle. A bit toasty, dry, some nuttiness and carmelized meet that gentle floral and faint citric hop element. Finish a bit bitter, nutty. A touch sweet and sticky for me, the hop element helps you through it as it is solid enough to do some work. Ok. Pretty pour.
