4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20 radiomgb (2078) - Peterborough, - DEC 19, 2009
Golden orange, long lasting large white head, vigerus carb.
Aroma is yeasty, citrus, Brett, lots of lemons, floral.
Flavour is quite yeasty, lots of funk, lemon tartness, floral hops, mod bitterness.
Yeasty mouth, med body, high carb.
Finishes long, yeasty and bitter.
Excellent lots of flavour for a lighter Belgian Ale. Love this brewery.
500ml bottle purchased from La Trappe a Fromage in Gatineau, Quebec.
Opened on August 14, 2009.
Bottled in May 2009.
3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20 reebtogi (2169) - Edmonton, Alberta, CANADA - JAN 25, 2012
500ml bottle pours a slightly hazy light golden color with a 2 finger white head that leaves some thin lacing on the glass. Aromas are light fruits and yeast with some mild hops. Taste is malty sweet with some spiciness and a mild hop bitterness in the finish. This is an outstanding blonde ale and is a wonderful tasting experience.
3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20 GregClow (2667) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - JAN 1, 2012
Bottle that’s been in my stash for a while - not sure of the source. Hazy yellow-gold with a big, creamy, overflowing head. Aroma has a sharp, tart yeastiness with wisps of spice (esp. clove) and cut grass. Active carbonation gives the body some zip. Flavour follows on the aroma, with the addition of some lemon zest and gingery notes. Nothing super-crazy-awesome, but a nice and flavourful blonde.
3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20 kevinsenn (329) - Waterloo, Ontario, CANADA - NOV 18, 2011
500mL bottle from Broue Ha Ha. Pours clear gold, with a thin, long-lasting, white head. Aroma is yeast, and Belgian spiciness - cloves and pepper. Taste is nice. Sweet and spicy upfront, with a dry finish. Nice.
2.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20 SCP (53) - Montréal, Quebec, CANADA - NOV 16, 2011
Very yeasty character. Medium sweetness. Little bitterness which doesn’t seem right. Not bad for the style but not very well to me.
3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 Bart (2512) - Brussels, BELGIUM - AUG 20, 2011
Clear yellow blond coloured beer with some light carbonation and a large white head. Light hoppy bitter touched aroma with some fruity hints. Full refreshing palate; Finish is light fruity sweet hoppy herby (even wheaty) touched. Refreshing.

Bottle; hazy pale yellow with medium white head; aroma- bubble gum, coriander, spice, yeast; taste-light sweetness, medium bitterness, lightly sour, no carbonation. Better than the Blanche. Color are almost identical.
4.4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 19/20 BLAP (73) - Quebec, CANADA - JUN 17, 2011
Golden ale with a abundant collar. Aroma of fruits and spices. A realy great blond as we rarely see.
3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 GarnotingPete (357) - Montréal, Quebec, CANADA - JUN 13, 2011
3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20 jimmay (735) - Waterloo, Ontario, CANADA - MAY 15, 2011
500 ml bottle. Pours bright, hazy, golden in colour. Big frothy white head. Aroma and taste are sweet malty and spicy belgian yeast. Mild hop.
3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 11/20 MXD (295) - Gatineau/St-Jean-sur-Richelieu, Quebec, CANADA - MAY 8, 2011
Pours rather pale. Close to Witbier territory, as far as "pour" is concerned. Slight haziness. Light white head, fades away rather quickly (3).
Aroma is light on cereals and heavy on yeasts - lots of fruits esters here. Hints of berries (6).
Taste is bread, cereals, fruity esters.... Best part is the gentle, but reall gentle herbal hops - which seems weird for a product like this one(6).
A bit sour. Short and sweet finale. Watery mouthfeel. Light-to-mid bodied, but extremely heavy for what is, in the end, a blonde beer (4).
All in all : a bit disappointing. That brewery had either great products (Touski, IPA Herkules, Lupulus, Dominus Blanche) or masterpieces (Dominum Double, IPA Columbus), and this one is definitely a tier below. To be honest, it feels like a saison-gone-wrong.
