Bottle from a trade with peteinSD. Pours cloudy golden color with huge white head. Aromas of floral hops, citrus, fruit, and yeast. Citrusy, grassy and doughy flavors with some malt sweetness. Medium body with lively carbonation. Delicious! Thanks Peter.

Yeasty aroma with light pear notes and a bit of nutmeg. Little hop notes in aroma. Fruity flavor with hints of white sugar and a supporting malt. Hops are dominent but not harsh, mostly on the aromatic. This makes a well balanced flavorfull beer. This belgian pale ale is a good mariage between american hops an Saaz hops.

Pours golden in colour with an extremely frothy white head and clear, when I poured it there was a jet-like stream in the centre of the glass as well. Aroma is filled with herb and spice, as well as some lighter fruity scents and noticeable hints of bread and yeast. Taste has a sharp sweet bite that leads into a gradually strengthening bitterness. Medium-full body, lively carbonation, thinner mouth feel. This beer is excellent, nothing more needs to be said about it.

Pours a muddy yellow with the most amazing head I’ve ever seen. Almost like whipped cream...lasted forever. Yeasty, doughy aroma. Sweet biscuits on the palate....also a booziness in the finish...bourbon like. Amazing stuff

Pours an awesome cloudy lemon color with a beautiful big bright white head on top. The aroma is herby golden ale, straight up Belgian, pleasant in the nose. The flavor is similar, even almost 3 years old it is still a bit hoppy, sweet, and clean golden malty notes. The body is perfect, medium to thick and so sooth on the palate.

Bottle pours a slightly hazy color with a huge white head that settles to some excellent lacing on the glass. Aroma is floral and citrusy hops with some yeast and cereal grains. Taste is malty sweet with some yeast and a bold hoppy bitter finish. Alcohol is virtually undetectable. Body is medium and carbonation is very lively. This is an outstanding brew and highly recommended.

Bottle shared with northropfrye. Citrusy aroma. Beautiful thick and frothy head. This beer is very alive. Deep lemon colour. Taste is sweet and citrusy and bitter.

2010 bottle. Yellow colour with voluminous white head. Citrusy aroma. Has some of the same sweet bready notes of a typical Belgian strong ale, but with the addition of bitter hops and honey. Interesting and unique.
