Very nice, smooth but full bodied. Hops are not overpowering like many other similar beers. The name is a fitting match considering the quality. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle thanks to MesandSim, sterling work for the beer cause as ever. Slightly hazy gold with a thin to medium white head. Aroma is fairly subtle but it’s all there! You get a sniff of the strength which I like, hardly noticeable in the flavour. Just hugely drinkable and tasty. Peach, pear, great mouthfeel. Cake. Lemons. Sweetness is bang on. Never had anything from this brewery before, this really is a great beer.

Pours a hazy golden with loads of fizzy white head. Aroma is initially belgian yeast, fruity, caramel, slight pine. As it warms though some of those citrus hops come through. Taste is nice, sweet and sticky, hoppy but certainly not that hoppy. Enjoyable.

Pours a clear yellow color with a large white head with lots of carbonation. Nose is citrus, a bit of banana some fruit and mild spice and the typical belgian yeast. Medium body. Light bitter taste with lightly sweet as well and a medium hoppy finish! Excellent!

Pours a lightly hazy golden color with a big frothy white head and lots of lace up the glass. Aroma of citrus hops, light fruity esthers, peppery phenols, cloves, alcohol and some spicy earthy hops. Taste is grapefruit, pine, spicy saaz hops, light fruits, spicy peppery phenols, Belgian yeast and a nice alcohol warming on the finish. Nice semi dry finish with medium carbonation. Excellent Belgian golden strong ale... Best I’ve had to date!

Pours a clear golden with a thin white head that leaves light lacing only. Nose is of yellow fruits and a little phenolic (just like the belgians do it). Taste is fruity and sweet, pears is what I would say. Finish is spicy/peppery and not too long. Alcohol? Hidden expertly. Body is medium-full. A great beer, a Quebec classic I would say!

Banana cake. Bready, Apple, tart, pepper, oak, sour finish. Lovely creamy Belgian, plenty of flavors nicely coming out of the yeast.
