Bottled@foenfan. Yellowish golden colour, mediumsized foamy white. Aroma is fruity, some funky and citrusy notes along with mild spicy yeast to it. Flavour is fruity, zesty some sweet malts as well as some toffee to it. Nice mellow bitterness, which is supported by the citrus.

Bottled at SBWF. Hazy golden, mid sized head. Juicy aroma of coriander, marzipan and citrus. Mid dry with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Grain and dough joins the juicyness. Mild and harmonius.

On tap at Brewskey, Montreal. It pours a clear, dark golden body under a creamy finger thick off-white head. The aroma has canned tropical fruits, some pale malts and hints of yeast and pepper. Especially the yeast and pepper are more evident in the flavor, with tropical fruits and pale malts as a backdrop. Dry, full-bodied and too heavy on the carbonation. Nice bitterness all the way. A nice beer, nothing more. 150611

"Saint Reserve Saison". Pale and hazy with a peppery, yeasty aroma. A bit thin but with a fair bit of spice and hop dryness. Not bad.

On tap at Brouhaha, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma of light Belgian yeast, some biscuity malt - not a whole lot here. Flavour of Belgian yeast, some candied sugar and soft malt backing, no hop presence. Medium carbonation and lightly sweet (more than a traditional saison though). Decent, but not my type of saison - prefer it more wild and funky.

Bottle @ ZZT 9 thanks to Joes. Clear yellow-golden color, average sized white to off-white head. Aroma is fresh, lightly yeasty, a bit sharp. Taste also has that sharp touch. Hard to describe, not sharp as in pepper, but different. Decent body, medium carbonation.
