Another great entry from an always exciting brewery. Pours straw with a huge head and long lacing. Lots of grapefruit, cereal and lemon with a peppery finish. Lots of carbonation and a lighter body. Great stuff.

Beautiful hazy golden body with a huge white frothy head. Fresh hoppy aroma with malty, flowery, and citrusy hints. Its sharp hoppy taste carries herbal and some spicy notes. Ends with a long bitter/herbal finish. Well done.

Pours a strawy hay yellowish color with a frothy white head and lots of lace. Aroma of of farmhouse yeast, pepper, citrus, white grape and apple esthers. Taste was a yeasty pepper with citrus tones and toasty malts with a nice spicy bite/bitterness on the finish. Excellent saison.

Small five oz. Taster from tap. Light yellowy gold body and for a small glass it manniged a good cap. Aroma is very mild and reminds me of wet hay, some lemon, hints of yeast and banana. Taste same but stronger, grass, yeast, and lemon, almost a vannila/rice crispy square finish. Thick and creamy feel. Beer is not doing it for me but still ok.

750 mL bottle from the LCBO, served in a tulip. Pours hazy golden with a large, fluffy white head that remains and leaves a moderate amount of fine lace. On the nose, there are notes of grass, grain, coriander, wheat, flowers, spice and a touch of fruit. The flavour is balanced, slightly sweet malts paired with wheaty notes, appropriate grassy hops and a nice amount of spice. Notes of banana and green apple emerge as it lingers on the palate. The finish is slightly more bitter, long and spicy. On the palate, it is light-medium in body with a dry texture and above-average carbonation. Overall, this is a nice spicy Saison that develops nicely on the palate. 2013-06-14

750mL Likbo. Hazy gold with a huge white head. Aroma: citrus, Belgian malt body, yeast, minor funk but that might just be my imagination. Flavour: Quite nice, loads of pale malt and Belgian-esque malt character with some dull feeling yeast and booze. It’s not unpleasant but I’m surprised at how ’strong’ this one tastes considering its only 6%. A touch of pepper in the finish and lingering malty notes. This brewery is consistently top-notch and I really appreciate that. It paired great with my grilled codfish.

Huge three finger head and slightly hazy golden colour. aromas are slight honey, some nice esters and a hint of hay. Medium bodied brew, well carbonated palate and bitter but almost metallic like finish. it is still tasty!
