Bottle from Phil, Thanks! Clear golden with an enormous tight foaming head that fades to a pile of meringue, interesting. Aroma is citrus, and yeast, some spice. Taste is strong of pepper, some lemon and spice. Great beer for a summer day.

Thanks northropfrye for sharing. Pours a hazy yellow with tonnes of whipped cream like head. Sweet candy and pastry aromas. Flavours are sweet and citrus at first. Then hoppy and medicinal at the end. Nice stuff.

Thanks, Tommy. Yellow-orange body with loads of white head that looks like meringue. Funky citrus lemon aroma. Taste is slightly citrus acidic, grapefruit, sweet malts, vanilla. Nice.

Dorée-orangée, limpide, avec un col de mousse moyen qui laisse une fine dentelle sur le bord du verre. Nez levuré avec une touche légèrement épicée. En bouche, la levure belge mène le bal avec des notes fruitées – teintées d’agrumes – et du bubble gum bien chewy. La finale est sèche, mais pas trop. Le dosage est exact et précieux dans cette bière. Voilà une saison, tout ce qu’il y a de plus traditionnel, qui ne devrait avoir aucun complexe vis-à-vis des meilleures en provenance de Belgique.

Bottle thanks to Blutt59. Yellow pour with a large foamy, quickly receding head. Aroma is strongly phenolic, peppery, lemon and straw. Flavor is pepper, phenols, lemon, esters as well. A lot going on here, a really nice saison. Lively carb and dry finish. Thanks Bob!

Bottle, thanks to pushkinwow in trade, clear golden pour, soft white foam, has a sweet chardonnay nose with grainy, fruity, yeasty, flavors. Nice wildflower and some spices, good solid finish

D’un blond éclatant, formant une copieuse mousse blanche, elle libère des notes de céréales fraîches et de houblons. Mince et effervescente, elle est sèche en bouche, délivrant en toute finale ses touches poivrées caractéristiques des saisons belges. Savoureuse, relativement complexe, elle est fidèle au style tout en étant à part sur le marché québécois. Une merveilleuse addition à la série des Sainte-Réserve, désaltérante mais excessivement délicieuse à la fois. Un pur bonheur.

750 ml bottle. Hazed golden orange with a puffy white head. Nose is lovely roses, wheat, lavender, honey and lime zest. Crisp and creamy with a tickling sparkle, a joy to drink. Taste is subtly sweet nutmeg, grain, lemon peel, tangerine and wintergreen. Better than the brewpub Cuvee des Fleurs; my new #2 saison.
