Been looking forward to this one for awhile. Pours a foggy golden yellow with a comfortable frothy white head. Aroma is banana, clove and yeast. Taste is a beautiful belgian yeast with lots of clove and banana. Nicely carbonated and lights up your mouth.

500ml bottle. Clear bright bubbly gold with a huge lasting fluffy white head. Aroma of yeast, apple, pear, alcohol and wildflowers - nice! Taste follows, more flowers and alcohol, less fruit. Simple light body, dry from alcohol, solid carbonation, quick boozy finish. Clean, crisp and nice.

500 ml bottle. Pours a pale yellow-straw with a thin white veil. Thick, nice, resilient white head. Smells of grains, spices, alcohol. Tastes of belgian spices, yeast, a tad bit of sweet apple juice, slightly bready. Nice, subtle hoppy finish. Body is near full, average carbonation. Excellent blonde ale.

Roli (404) - laval, Quebec, CANADA - NOV 30, 2011
500 ml bottled. Drank in a glass. This one is a belgian beer made simply, yet still being very good.Big fluffy whitehead, not so strong on the yeast for a belgian beer. A lot of agrumes and pale fruit. Does not feel strong in alcohol even if its 7%.A good strong belgian blonde. This did not blow me away like the Dominus Vobiscum series however.
