[1519-20080711] 750mL bottle. Mild yeast turkey pepperettes aroma. Hazy, light orange brown body with a quick creamy white head. Lightly spiced banana yeast flavour. Medium body. Average.

Bottle (750ml) shared with HogTownHarry, GregClow, jerc, mabel & tupalev -- courtesy of HogTownHarry. Pours a cloudy yellow-orange with a massive frothy white head. Aroma’s spicy and yeasty along with some fruit, herbal hops and sweet malt. Flavour’s pretty hoppy (for the style) and has spices, yeast, light malt and fruit. Medium bodied. Better then I expected this to be, pretty good stuff.

Bouteille de 750 ml. La bière se présente avec une couleur jus de pomme et une incroyable mousse blanche qui forme un champignon nucléaire. On observe aussi des petites bulles qui remontent à la surface à la vitesse de l’éclair. . Au nez on respire des arômes fruitées de pêche, d’abricot, de mangue, de citron et d’orange et de blé. En bouche la bière est intensément effervescente avec un corps mince-moyen. On goute des saveurs de blé et de fruits jaunes (Pêche, mangue, abricot), de jus d’orange et de levure.

Aroma is a bit citric, but still sweet, and somewhat spicy/herbal. Crisp body. Flavour is quite nice and a bit saison-ish, with notes of pineapple and coriander, and light yeast notes. Seemed so-so at first, but as it warmed and opened up, I really enjoyed it.

2008-07-11. Very hazy pastel yellow gold body, small white head. (3+) Zippy aroma with a touch of lemon, light yeast, fairly subtle, mild spice. Similar flavour, touch of zippy lemon, muted spice that increases towards the finish. Smooth medium bodied palate. (3+) Pretty decent. Bottle shared by HogTownHarry
