Bottle shared with blankboy, HogTownHarry, jerc, mabel & tupalev - courtesy of HogTownHarry. Hazy golden-orange with a small white head. Aroma is a bit citric, but still sweet, and somewhat spicy/herbal. Crisp body. Flavour is quite nice and a bit saison-ish, with notes of pineapple and coriander, and light yeast notes. Seemed so-so at first, but as it warmed and opened up, I really enjoyed it.

Sep 12, 2008 750 courtesy of Glouglouburp. Pours a hazy gold with a lasting white head. Smells of spice, some touches of sugar, fruity hints, pepper. Tastes dry with some earthy hints, some citrus, a bite on the finish. I’d drink this one every day if I could.

Sep 5, 2008 750ml bottle sent to me by the ridiculously generous GlouGlouBurp. Opened this at last winter’s YEHA celebration but am a bit behind on my rating. Hazy yellow/blonde color with a medium sized white head. Yeasty, spicy aroma of coriander, lemongrass and bubblegum. Flavor of citrus, pepper, coriander and again lots of bubblegum which started to annoy me a bit. Overall a solid beer.

Aug 13, 2008 [1519-20080711] 750mL bottle. Mild yeast turkey pepperettes aroma. Hazy, light orange brown body with a quick creamy white head. Lightly spiced banana yeast flavour. Medium body. Average.

Aug 6, 2008 Bottle (750ml) shared with HogTownHarry, GregClow, jerc, mabel & tupalev -- courtesy of HogTownHarry. Pours a cloudy yellow-orange with a massive frothy white head. Aroma’s spicy and yeasty along with some fruit, herbal hops and sweet malt. Flavour’s pretty hoppy (for the style) and has spices, yeast, light malt and fruit. Medium bodied. Better then I expected this to be, pretty good stuff.
