Pours a light golden yellow with a big fizzy white top. Aroma of corriander, orange and grain. Taste is light, carbonated with orange and corriander. Not bad.

En fût au Festibière d’hiver de Gatineau le 20 janvier 2012. 9%. Couleur blonde claire, très légèrement voilée, mousse blanche, douce. Arôme de levure, agrume et un peu de citron. En bouche, douce, agrumes levure, herbes, un peu de houblon. Finale légèrement amère, un peu d’alcool. Bonne. Triple Belge.

On tap at L’Autre Oeil (Gatineau, Qc). Beautiful hazy blond body with a fair, white foamy head. Fresh malty/hoppy aroma with yeasty, banana, and coriander hints. Texture is soft and taste carries banana and citrusy notes. Ends with a long, warming bittersweet finish. Enjoyable.
