3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 robinvboyer (2197) - Sturgeon Falls, - SEP 7, 2009
on tap at the pub. Clear golden pour. Aroma of hops, and some biscuity malts. Flavor is more of the same, but its realy quite hoppy for a lager. I enjoyed it.
3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 Metalchopz (1427) - Quebec, CANADA - AUG 10, 2011
Originally rated October 2006. Sampled at the pub itself. Poured a clean gold colour with a head that left nice lacing and a ring that stayed a while. Unfortunately, the carbonation did not stay, and the beer become flat. Nice perfume nose with grain and some saaz hop. Good start with the grain and hop, with a clean cereal finish and a flowery aftertaste. Very refreshing, great tasting for a house pils-lager and easy to drink.
3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 MJGG (782) - Montreal, Quebec, CANADA - JUL 27, 2009

Sampled at the new brewery. The tasting room is not really open and the keg had been tapped a while ago for the staff. I would not rate it if I had thought that it suffered. Golden with white head. Grainy aroma. Grainy soft body. Clean lager. I’d drink it too if I worked there.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 Lubiere (6988) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - JUN 24, 2008
A blond lager with a thin lacing white head. A grainy malt aroma with light herbal hops. In mouth, grainy crisp malt, with biscuity notes, an almost oily hop resin, metallic notes in final. An interesting lager. On tap at Brouhaha, May 2008.

On tap at the Brouhaha, slightly honey gold hue, with a frothy white head, leaving laces, toasty, honeyed pale malt, spicy vanilla nose, with a grainy, buttery, toffeeish accent, and a faint floral hop fruity aroma follows through on a medium-bodied palate with a yeasty, sweet mild honeyed pale malt character, with a buttery, vanillaish mouthfeel, a mild flowery hop, pears fruitiness, leading towards a crisp malty, lingering bitterness finish.
3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20 Glouglouburp (4781) - Montreal, Quebec, CANADA - FEB 18, 2008
In short: Superior lager. Rich, filling and well balanced.
How: Tap at BrouHaHa
The look: Almost clear blonde body with a medium white head leaving good lacing
In long: Rich chewy body with a whole lot of yeast, straws and cereals. A lemony meringue sensation. A dry herbal finish achieves a perfect balance. Rather tasty for the style and extremely satisfying. 1 litter mugs should be the minimum serving size. I don’t know what the previous reviewers but as of this writing this excellent beer averages a whooping 2.39!!! I feel like Ebert and Roeper giving two thumbs up to Freddy Got Fingered.
