On tap at la Souche. Light copper red pour with white head. Aroma of caramel, light peppery herbal notes. Taste is quite bland, caramel, toffee, vegetal flavor. Palate is light, slightly watery. Dull.

on tap at la souche, qc. hazy dark golden copper with a small light beige head, little retention, some lacing. mostly caramel, spicy caramel, grass, fruitiness, very hint of acidity, slight nuttiness, peppery. decent very lightly acidic grassy-spicy-citrusy short (but present and unbland) finish. average carbonation, light body - some texture. nicely done and right on style. but boring.
