Pours a clear copper color with a thin white head. Pleasant aroma of hops, yeast and fruits. Good flavor of fruits, hops and yeast. The body is light with a creamy texture and moderate carbonation. This is a well-done, enjoyable, belgian ale.

Bottle, Mondiale 09. Dark orange/brown, small white head. Nice orange peel aroma, spicy. Taste is more strong orange peel, lots of malt, quite spicy and refreshing. A very nice saison/belgian.

Rich golden-amber in colour with a lasting off-white head, excellent lacing. Aroma is quite floral with some spice and a moderate sweetness. Flavour is very herbal, floral, caramel sweetness, quite bitter, some yeast. Bitter mouthfeel, medium body, moderate carbonation. Finishes quite bitter, long and herbal.

A very floral and herbal Saison, not the best from Charlevoix but still pretty enjoyable.

Draught at Mondial 2009 in Montreal, Quebec.

Sampled on June 5, 2009.
