Courtesy of after4ever. Thanks Tom. Pours clear copper with loose white head. The aroma is mild with sweet citrus candy and some modest spiciness. The taste is similar with pretty thick mildly aged malts blending into a pleasing citrus hop flavor of orange juice mixed with grapefruit juice and a touch of pine and spicy hop bitterness. Tasty stuff.

Thanks to HogTownHarry. Appearance: orange with a medium white head. Aroma: milky yet hoppy, muted mango, a little bran too. Flavour: much different than the aroma, quite hoppy, mango again, spicy. A little stickiness in the finish. Long bitterness in the finish too.

500 ml bottle from Marceh Omni, served at cellar temperature in a Scotch Irish taster glass.

App.: Clear deep golden with a generous light tan head. Aroma: Slightly dusty with lots of nice citrus notes, orange juice and peel, some floral and spicy notes, sorta peppery and green, some marmalade, sweet malty notes as back up. Palate: Medium body, sparse and round effervescence. Flav.: Lots of sweet, sticky malts with plenty of orange peel, marmalade, floral/spicy hops, fruity, still slightly dusty; sweet with good bitterness and a very sweet (almost cloying) malt/orange finish.

Needs more attentuation, I think. Otherwise, a nice Amarillo showcase.

Pours a dark amber with white head. Excellent lacing. Aroma is hop, caramel and honey. Taste is very well balanced, slight hop bitterness, caramel, toffee and honey. Such a nice beer. Too bad this is a limited edition.

Deep golden with a thin white lace. Bready nose with hints of oney. Full bodied, very sweet, almost liike an aged barley wine, lots of malts, no hops to speak of, finishes on the sweet side with a maple syrup note. I don’t know why Charlevoix keeps calling their double Vache Folle 2IPA in the 2IPA’s category. it has noting to do there. no hoppiness to speak of at all! Barely a triple without any hoppiness. Totally out of style.

Bottle - 500ml. Hazy amber body with low carbonation and a thick off-white foamy head. Rich, complex hoppy aroma with flowery, malty, spicy, and citrusy hints. Its sharp hoppy taste hides the alcohol pretty well and carries fruity and oaky notes. Ends with a long bitter finish. Love it!

Caramel malts on the nose, somewhat woody with hints of juicy citrus. The aroma is rather light. Orange amber, translucent, very mildly hazy, nice creamy head. Creamy caramel sweetness, good residual sugars and nice assertive citrus hops creating a citrus candy effect. Nice and juicy. Well crafted. Not too bitter but with nice fruity hop flavors.
