3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
500 ml bottle. Pours a very light, clear amber with a massive head. Aroma is subtle but brings fruit and mild floral scents. Taste has a fairly assertive hop bitterness and very mild biscuit but not much else of interest. Get a little bit of alcohol and the chalky grain flavors typically associated with lagers and pilsners. Relatively thin, moderate carbonation and a fairly bitter lingering after-taste.

4.4 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
Outre l’étiquette, cette bière est le prolongement de la qualité de cette microbrasserie. Équilibre somptueux entre le malt, la levure et le houblon...on croit prendre une London Pride ESB mais non, c’est québécois. Une excellente bière.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle (500 ml). Clear orange/golden with a medium fully lasting creamy off-white head and solid lacing. Aroma is of malt, flower and fruits with a touch of sweetness. Taste is moderately sweet with malt, flower and slight bitter finish. Mouthfeel is slightly dry. Medium body. Extremely drinkable but not so complex and quite different from othe EBS I’ve tasted so far. A pretty enjoyable beer!

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
500ml bottle. Good colour and head on this one, but crystal clear. Taste and smell are a nice balance of bitter hops, malt, biscuit and a touch of fruit. Body was smooth and not to heavy or thin. Overall, a really enjoyable ESB.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Hoppy and refreshingly bitter with a lingering aftertaste of citrus and herbs at 40 IBU. Far from mundane! Great beer from a great Quebec micro!

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottled, courtesy of Narnad. Pours a two toned red-orange, with a very frothy off-white head. Lots of suspended yeast particles and other floaties. Aroma is very reminiscent of honey on toasted bread. Honey notes follow through into the flavor along with husky wheat and earthy hops. Finish is slightly nutty with fruity grape jam highlights. Interesting. Glad I got to try a bottle.

2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
Arôme floral, voir d’herbes. Amertume très présente surtout en fin de bouche. Un produit correct, mais ne se démarquant pas particulièrement.
