Pours a deep and crystal clear amber with slightly off-white head giving way to spotty lacing. Subtle aroma; there is a prominent resinous character in the nose, with perhaps some very mild spinach and mustard-like undertones. Flavor is at first fairly bitter and piny, but the astringency is curbed by hints of sweet citrus notes that present themselves shortly after the sip. Soft carbonation make this brew an easy drink; not my favorite in the series but quite unique in its own right.

10.05.18 clear copper soft carb. A:: Pineapple, spicy, pine. F: Grapefruit, caramel, alcohol. med to thin in body. Finish is bitter and medium long. Not my fav from the serie lacking aroma. Still really pleasant but we always expect more from this brewery

Bouteille de 500ml. Première expérience avec ce houblon, le Herkules. Bière cuivrée très claire avec une mousse beige abondante, collante et durable. Nez résineux frais. En bouche la bière est puissante, longue, très longue. Cette bière est très amère. Petit goût sucré en fin de bouche. Un autre excellent produit de cette brasserie.
