Aroma is dark chocolate, sweet malts, some creaminess and light coffee character. Appearance is very dark black with medium thick cream head that retains fairly well.

Smells like a tootsie roll. Great cream choclate and milk combo. Malty. Delicious. Had this from draft at vices versa in Montreal.

Wow, how many times can you name your beer "vache folle"? Like zeleriouslyeee... anyways this pours with a pure black body and a huge dark-beige head.... quite nice in my books! The aroma is slightly burned barley, not heavily burned, but still burned. A bit of barnhouse funk and burnt wood in there on the nose how’mever. The flavour is strong sweet barley milk with a hint of oak, with a sweet and solid finish. Still, it’s not all working together in the right dimensions. A decent and drinkable milk stout however it pains that I must say that it needs attention to detail to transcend the transcensions.

9/11/9/10/9/9

It pours almost opaque dark brown with ruby highlights; the head is tan and mousse-like. The aroma has notes of: hot chocolate, milk-powder, and malty-notes. The taste is medium sweet that finishes lightly bitter; there are notes of: coffee, liquorice, and chocolate. The palate is medium bodied, slick and sticky (almost milk-fatty in consistency), has little carbonation, and a long cloying finish. Overall, decent, and aptly named.

Deep dark black pour with a foamy and frothy mocha cap. Leaves nice spotty lace. Nose is quite lactic, milk chocolate, some roasty components, coffee beans, and fresh hops. Tastes of coffee, milk chocolate, lactic, roasty malts with some young hops. Creamy with good drinkability.
