Commercial Description:
Pale malts and imported Saaz hops combine to create this light bodied lager. Fermentation at a lower temperature and cold conditioning result in a crisp and inviting beer with a clean finish. Taste the treasure!

Light, bright bronze colour. Light aroma of herbal, continental hop. Smooth palate with soft pale malts, low bitterness and a hint of hops in a fairly refreshing finish.

Draft... Lightly hazy, golden lager with a small, creamy, white head. Decent retention. Docile nose with only a whisper of the biscuity, grainy pale malts and an afterthought of those spicy Saaz hops. Lots of sweet, pale malt in the flavor with a touch of jalapeño pepper... minus the normally associated heat. Leans heavily onto the sweet side of balance. Light to medium-bodied with a 2%-milk mouthfeel and fizzy carbonation. Bitter-sweet (more sweet than bitter), astringent finish.

on tap-pours a white head with gold color. Aroma is hops. Taste is a nicely balance grain and hops taste with the grain being out front. Nice beer.

TheDM and Hotstuff vacation brew 68. This draft brew was sampled at the brewery in Melbourne Florida. This brew poured a small head of fine to medium sized off-white colored long lasting bubbles that left behind a transparent yellow gold colored uncarbonated body and a fair lace. The aroma was a simple mild malt hop one and the mouthfeel was mellow smooth and tingly. The flavor was all hops with a mild bite at the end.

Draft at Charlie and Jakes Brewery in Melbourne, FL. This beer had a small sized white head that contained fine-small sized bubbles that quickly and completely dissipated. The body of this beer was softly carbonated and transparent with a pale yellow hue. The nose was lightly hoppy as was the flavor. The mouthfeel was smooth and this was a light bodied beer with good lacing on the sides of my glass.
