Draft at brewer. Hazy gold with a thin white head. Sweet graint scent. Taste is wheaty and sweet.

On draft at Charlie and Jake’s. Pours hazy straw yellow with a retained white head. Nose is bread, slight citrus, and earthy hops. Flavor is some green banana, lemon peel, and slight bitterness. Light and citrusy light to medium-bodied wheat beer.

A pale blonde wheat with a thin white head. In aroma, a soapy malt with light german hops. In mouth, a crisp smooth malt with mineral notes, nice German hops, not bad. On tap at brewpub, Jan. 6 2011.

RBWG 2010: 3/11/10 @ C & J. Poured a slightly hazed yellow color. The aroma was earthy and wheaty. Grainy with lemony notes. The taste was of wheaty cereal. Some citrus notes. Overall dull malt. Light bodied.

Clear dark yellow. Aroma light wheat, flavor has light wheat and faint citrus. Very light overall.

tap. clear golden yellow color. thin white head. Aroma of wheat, lots of hops. Mostly Cascade and some fuggles. Nice earthy grassiness. Flavor is a grassy wheat malt character. Full flavored. Wheat flavors linger on the palate. Finishes with a nice bitter hop.

Draft at the brewpub. Pale yellow in color, light and citrusy in aroma, it has a nice balance of cirusy sour notes, wheaty grainyness, and malty smoothness. It is light in body, and definitely thirst quenching. It did the trick to help me and my northern blood deal with the heat of sunny Florida.

En fût. Verre de dégustation directement à la brasserie. Arôme: Légère odeur d’agrumes et de céréales. Apparence: La couleur est blanchâtre voilée. Présence d’un mince col mousseux et d’une fine dentelle sur le verre. Saveur: Goût de coriandre et de citron. Durée moyenne de l’arrière goût. The aroma is weak and watery with malt and some yeast like elements of fruit and spice but it’s not much. The appearance is pale gold with a small head. The flavor is like the aroma with a nice wheat finish. The palate is thin. Overall pretty average but I do like it.

Run of the mill wheat beer, had at the bewpub. Yellow, some lace, a little head. Sour, drying.On the thin side.
