My first beer from this brewery. Bright, deep orange-amber color, decent off-white head. Nose is not very strong, there is some caramel or toasted sugars and faint fruity maltyness. Light to medium-bodied. Same time sweetish and musty. Saaz hops are there, not much esters, robust maltyness. Lingering bitterness. Not very typical German hefeweizen, this has some relationship with British bitters!

Bottled. An unclear amber beer with notes of off-white head. The aroma has notes of yeast, banana, and wheat. The flavor is sweet with notes of wheat, malt, and bananas, leading to a dry wheaty finish. The body is light.

50 cl bottle. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is light toasted, light estery and mild fruity. Sweet, light toasted malty and light estery. Mild fruity finish.

Cloudy orange with a small white head. Weak aroma of yeast and caramel with a hint of fruit. Caramel, yeast and sulphur dominate the sweet flavour. Not a weissbier, and not a good beer.
