3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
On tap the at the brewpub. 20/07/2015 one day after the Etape du Tour. Clouded light yellow / straw coloured pour with a fading white head. Aroma fruity apricot, apricot yougurt, peach, perfume, dirty straw. Flavour is composed of peach and apricot fruit, straw, wit yeast, wheat, pergume. Palate is light with airy high carbonation, dry finish. Less of the weird house character.

Draught at the brewpub
Cloudy blond color. The aroma mixes some nice apricot and too much yeast, very unprofessional. The mouthfeel is dry, the flavor is simple, without fruits, but drinkable.
