A slightly hazy golden/straw colored beer with a ciderish scent to it. Just a slight touch of carbonation, tastes like apple juice....in fact at only 2.5% Alc, it is apple juice. It would be a great thirst quencher on a hot day or a nice drink for non-beer drinking ladies. I think they were trying for a Floris style brew but they missed the mark a bit.
