alos on tap at Ichinoseki eber fest. New from chateau kmaiya - a wild yeast blanche. Bit ofa w eid beer this one. Unfiltered, very cloudy, a bitt oo much yeast flavour in there for my liking, along with what I assume to be a few spices. Slight fight of flavours going on in here but not such a bad beer, really. I’d prefer either the yeast flavor toned down or the spices toned down a bit. good mouthfeel, verging on the soft side and a tiny bit chewy. Think this could be a work in progress.

Draught at Craft Beer Festival in Ichinoseki, 2011. Wild yeast beer made with yeast from a cherry tree. Funky aroma of wheat, some banana, spicy yeast. Pale pastel gold color. Dry citrus flavor, funky, with wheat. Creamy and rich, and rather sweet but with a nice dry finish. Not perfect but interesting.
