COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Good Chit Pilsner is made with Rogue Farm barley that we Floor-Malted in small batches. Floor Malting is an old fashioned, 8 day process that includes steeping, germination, raking, roasting, bagging and hands-on love 24 hours a day. "Chit" refers to the start of the rootlets that emerge from the embryo of the kernel once steeping is complete and germination begins.

Bottle. Pale yellow ith fair head. Light scent of grain and faint hop. Flavour is not Victory. Soft body nice hop not on background malt. Nice but not aggressive. Like a cleaner Urquel perhaps.

The aroma is malty, yeasty, and hoppy. The appearance is hazy gold with a large head. The taste is like the aroma with a slight metallic taste. The palate is perfect for this beer. Overall a very good beer with one flaw.

Bottle. High fluffy white and long lasting head. Clear light cloudy light yellow body. Aroma of citrus and bisquits. Mild but not sweet herbal grass flavor with a sour note. Fair amount of hops bitterness. Low carbonation. Long aftertaste.

On tap. Pours a golden pale straw yellow. Aroma is very light, almost nonexistent. Flavor is light as well. A sprinkle of banana and bubblegum. Very drinkable. Good refreshing summer beer.

22 ounce bottle shared with my wife. Sweet pilsner malt and slight floral hops. The flavor is similar to the aroma but with a sulfur note. Overly bitter. Meh.

A Classic style German Pilsener (spelled Pilsner in this case). It tastes great. No complaints.

Bottle:   Bright straw, somewhat clear, large frothy white head, big splotches of lacing, light carbonation.   Sweet grassy nose, slightly musty.   Grassy on the tongue, a bit sweet, a touch dry, with a very slight pale grainy aspect.   I would almost say mealy, but its not that fake.   Seems fairly crisp, very easy to drink.   Body and mouthfeel are full to moderate.   Very light earthy aspect on the finish.   Remains grassy, a bit sweet, a little dry.   Nice brew!

22 oz bottle. Very pale yellow with some hazy and a pure white foamy head. Aroma is bready pils malt and some light herbal hops. Flavor is malty with a light to medium hop bittermess. Light body with active carbonation and a super clean finish. This is a really nice Pils, very clean and refreshing.
