3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Appearance: beautiful straw and brilliant yellows under a pillowy white head which fades into random blotches of white foam. Patches of lace stick to the side of my glass while a slow stream of bubbles keeps the head alive.
Nose: white breads fresh from the oven – Italian and French and Cuban need apply. Lemon skin in the back. Sweet dew-dropped freshly mown grass. Golden husked grains. Whisper of yeast and sourdough bread.
Palate: bready through and through – chewy Italian, French, Cuban, and sourdough. Bitter finish of dried grass and straw, finishing with lemon pith and lemon skin. Sweetness in the middle of honeyed breads while bread crusts crunch in the back of each swallow. Just a faint hint of cheek tingling sourdough bread.
Final Thoughts: not too shabby. In fact, the Good Chit Pilsner from Rogue’s Chatoe line of beers is really good. A pilsner I’d happily quaff again and again.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
light lager with a small but durable head. The aroma and flavor reflect a delicate, rather light pilsner. Nicely clean and refreshing. Longer lasting hop finish than expected. Light body but not watery. A little dry in the finish.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20

3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Pours a clear yellow body with a film of a head, light spider web lacing, carbonation is seen rising at a moderate pace; the aroma has light malts and hops combined, the taste is slightly spicey sweet through previously mentioned flavors; its pretty easy on the palate, fairly sessionable, adequate carbonation; overall - drink with respected food and it’ll be a good one for ya

I had this at Global Brew. Pours light gold with a white head. Taste lightly bitter, floral. I thought this was so so. I wouldn't drink this again.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
On tap at Dutch’s. Pours a mostly hazy golden yellow color. Thin, sort of bubbly white head. Leaves nice ropes and bits of lace. Good bready, peppery flavor. Light bit of citrus hop. Medium body. Smooth, crisp lighter carbonation. Lightly dry finish. Nice bigger bitter taste, only a little sweetness. Very crisp, clean, tasty easy-drinking pilsener. Better than expected.

[10/7/13] Draught at Delirium Hoppy Loft in Brussels. Hazy pale yellow. Aroma is a bit grainy, a bit buttery, with faint grassy and citric hints. Sweetish flavor, buttery, with a bit of graininess and faint bitterness. Pretty watery. Not so good, this chit.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Smells and tastes like Key Lime Pie. And I mean that in a good way. Pours out a hazy light-straw with green hints color, unlike any color I have ever seen in a lager. Rogue grows its own barley, malts it itself, and grows its own hops. Some may like it and some may not, but one thing is for sure, this is a unique new world pilsner.
