3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pleasant malty aroma with some orange citrus and lightly spicy hop notes. Opaque golden body is topped by a decent white head that recedes quite rapidly to a thin but lasting cover. Flavour follows the nose. It’s pretty simple, and straight forward with moderate bitterness. Creamy texture and decent effervescence make for a very nice mouthfeel but overall this is a pretty middle of the road, quaffable pint. Tulip glass. Cellar temperature. Bottle purchased at Brewery Creek in July 2010.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Rated on 6-23-2010 (Bottle at Dash-In in Fort Wayne, IN) This beer pours a small smooth off-white head that mostly diminishes, golden body, fast rising carbonation, and a fair amount of lacing. The aroma is malty, yeasty and hops. The tastes is malty, barley and hops. The palate is tingly and this beer is medium bodied. Overall, the hops come through as the beer warms up. It is not a bad beer, but overpriced at $9.

3.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Kind of simple, compared to the variety of brews that Rogue creates. This is a average alcohol content American Pale Ale. Of course, it is very well made, but still, rather generic.

2.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Bomber--disappointing, hazy yellow color with a white head. Aroma is fruity, light citrus and yeast. Pretty sweet taste with grapefruit and maybe some malt. Finish is dry with plenty of hops. Produce place.

3.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Super grainy. Wheat, cereal, rye, light toast, apricot and peach, some floral esters. And while this beer is all about the malt, which it shows off well, I needed a bit more acidity.

3.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Cloudy golden pour. A little bready tasting with some citrus. But not overly hoppy. A bit watery on the feel. Drinkable lawnmower beer.

1.7 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 6/20
Bottle from the coop in Hanover. Smells like sickly sweet homebrew. too many bubbles. Too thin. Gross, sweet homebrew flavor. A terrible, terrible beer. Rouge is a joke. Good thing lots of people are stupid and will buy anything with cutesy USSR-inspired labels.
