Draft. A hazy red beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of spicy, fresh hops, combined with toffee and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of spicy hops, alfa acids, malt, and caramel, leading to a bitter finish. Nice.

Pours light hazy red-amber with a medium, creamy, off-white head. Aroma has red apples, Belgian sugar, caramel, peach, kiwi and pineapple. High carbonation, dry but a bit hin mouthfeel. Flavour is elegantly bitter, piney, some apple, some resin. A bit sharp overall, though it has pleasantly balanced bitter resiny finish.

draught@Erzbierschof’s bar - quite clear red-orange beer with a solid quite chaotic pale beige foam; a fair hoppiness showing notes of herbs with red fruits in the background; a solid malt backbone and gently sticky; a light juicy sweetness soon overwhelmed by a robust herbal bitterness; very long herbal and gently fruity hoppy finish - pretty original
