COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A German style dark lager, medium bodied and relatively low in hops. This one is also generating donations for the North Chickamauga Creek Conservancy. So lift a pint and save the wetlands.

Tap. Dark amber in color. Aroma was roasted cereal. Taste was a tad more hops then one would expect, toast and grains almost like a dark Mai Bock.

On tap at East Nashville Beer Festival 2014. Orange amber color. Sweet and malty with a nice bock smell. Very easy to drink and enjoyable. Good.

Draft. Dark Copper with medium off white head. Aroma of strong caramel and some malt. Medium body with sweetness upfront some caramel notes and a hint of hops.

Had this in Chattanooga at a little place near the choo choo. Not bad. Better than some of the ratings, I thought. Pours amber brown. Caramel and sweet. Not bad.

Pours a clear, appetizing chestnut with a fairly thick, if not too persistent, light tan head. Malty aroma has subtle apple, cloves and nutty notes. Flavor has a strong woody note plus malty, fruity, nutty, yeasty and cloves tones. Firm texture has good body, though not too much fizz. Pardon me boys, is that the Chattanooga brew-brew?

16 ounce pint - $5.50 at Taco Mac in Woodstock, Georgia.

Appearance: Amber-brown body with good clarity underneath a slim, whitish head.

Smell: Baloney aroma fr--wait, baloney?! That’s a first for me.

Taste: A little sugar on the tip of the tongue, some weak toasty, grainy notes, and, then, an odd, uncomfortable taste of stale baloney kicks in. I’ve come across some whacky, wild flavors in beer, but never this. Never. I’m lost as to how they managed this.

Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied. Medium-light carbonation. Slight tongue-coating quality to the mouthfeel.

Overall: You know, it’s always nice to see a new, up-and-coming brewery, but with so many breweries on the playing field and more coming each and every day, CBC really needs to step it up (and fast).

Orange, huge white head. Crisp bread-like aroma, also slightly buttery. Flavor is pretty much the same, with a peppery finish. Full bodies, too. Sampled at the Cleveland (TN) BrewHaHa.

Growler from Ale Yeah! Pours clear caramel with a medium, tan head. The aroma is caramel, dark bread, grain, hay, and molasses. The flavor is very sweet and malty, with a lot of bready yeast. The palate is light to medium, grainy, and a little astringent. Overall, this is a malty, delicious beer.

Eabf. Deeper toasty grain and wheat some toffee flavors. Orange brown color. Candi sugar and caramel. Decent drink.
