Brown/black pour with tan head and lace. Aroma is medium coffee/chocolate and some hard roasted malt. Flavor is more chocoffee and roasted malt with a decent malt bitter. Almost a burnt coffee. Medium bodied with smooth carbonation. A pretty nice beer.

Aroma of hot chocolate. Flavor is a very roastiness chocolate, slight coffee, big dryness in three aftertaste. A silky creamy lacto mouth feel.

black opaque, with off white head. nice lacing. aroma and taste are dominated by roasted barley, with other chocolate and coffee notes. hint of citrus hops. mild bitter finish. very nice american take on the stout.

Black color with beige head. Aroma contains some chocolate, coffee, and smoke. Flavor is rather dry but still has chocolate with coffee and raisins. Aftertaste is bitter. Overall good stuff.

Black with brown edges, tan cover. Nice roasty aroma, burnt edges, chocolate. Creamy body, taste is burnt malt astringency, coffee, cocoa, roasted barley. Brash but nice.
