Draft at Pharmacy. Pours straw golden with a white head. Lager esters in the aroma, with some faint herbal hops. Lighter side of medium bodied with average carbonation. Flavor of pale malts and biscuit, countered by a nice spicy and herbal european hop bitterness. Clean finish. Very nice, and paired well with my burger.

Draft. Golden with medium white head. Aroma of pilsner malt, DMS, and some sweetness. Light body with some sweetness and corn notes and a bitter finish. Not sure why it is imperial with light body and 5.5% ABV.

UPDATED: APR 1, 2014 Tap at Pat’s Place. Transparent gold with small white head. Mild corn aroma. Taste of watered down malts and hops. Typical cheap beer.

Pours a clear solar yellow - nog much of the white head, but that must be from the pour. Aroma is malty and a little fruity. flavor is fairly bold for a pilsner, mostly malty with an apple/pear underpinning. Texture has average viscosity but a good fizz, and leaves a fruity finish. Pardon me boys, is that the Imperial Pilsner?

Had this in Chattanooga at a little place near the choo choo. Pale yellow pour. A bit hazy. Malt and floral aroma. Somewhat sweeter than I expected. Drinkable but not great.

Tap @ TacoMac, Cumming. Clear, yellow. White foam. Smells like a buttered beer. Tastes like green Pils malts. I think this had been a slow mover at the bar, and had gone bad... (3774)

Clear golden with little to no head. Aroma is slightly off vanilla. Flavor is a little mild for an imperial with slight notes of burnt oak. A little unpleasant. Wife: 2.8

Bottle from Riverside wine. Pours golden with a thin white head that leaves no lacing. Not much on the nose. A little oily on the tongue. Finishes clean. Not as much hop flavor as I would prefer from the style.

On draft at Manacitas Tacos in Nashville. Pours a clear gold with a white head. Fairly sweet light malty aroma. Some hops kick in on tasting. Pretty decent for the style.

Draft. Poured straw with a smallish white head. Aroma was noble hops, slightly spicy and earthy, some light malt. Flavor was crisp, floral, malty. Light-to-medium palate. Seems light and very drinkable for an imperial pilsner (which I never really bought as a style, but that’s another question entirely).
