3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 HogTownHarry (4809) - Toronto (Harbourfront), Ontario, CANADA - SEP 6, 2010
12oz bottle. Hazy light gold, smallish frothy white head. Aroma of scorched honey and dry straw-like bitterness. Taste follows, not scorched, nice cereal grain and lightly acidic/herbal hoppiness (7-). Average body, light carbonation, a bit slick and chewy, quick-finishing .... fairly dull, but not bad, goes down easy, no ugly aftertaste.
2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20 blankboy (4287) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - MAY 24, 2010
Bottle [12oz] courtesy of HogTownHarry. Pours a clear, bubbly gold with a small frothy white head. Aroma of grain, honey, corn, bready malt and a light vegetal note. Flavour’s clean, which is good, but also quite dull, which is not so good. Taste’s grainy along with bready malt, a light sweetness and some very light hops in the finish. Average bodied. Meh, not my thing at all, it’s a relatively well made lawnmower Lager and I’m glad I got the rating but it’s not something I’d buy to drink.

Bottle. Pours clear gold with a white head. Grainy malty aroma, light sweetness, light hops. The flavor also has grainy malt, with some light caramel sweetness and a hint of floral hops. Not bad.

On tap @ Coles Buffalo NY a while ago. Was told this was made for the Southern Tier of NY & North West PA to combat Yeungling. Nothing real special like Yeungling. Caramely malty amber. Nothing great but nothing bad. I think thay accomplished their goal

22 oz. bottle my mother-in-law brought back from NY - Pours a very slighlty hazy light golden color with a one and a half finger thick white head. Very light, tiny bubbled carbonation. No lacing to speak of. Aroma is soapy with light grain and light esters. Flavor is lightly sweetened grain and light fruity esters. Light to medium body. Nothing fancy, but worth a try. Not sure if I want to drink the whole bottle.

Bomber courtesy of cbkschubert. Corn and somewhat skunky aroma took me by surprise seeing bottle stated it was an amber ale. Yellow body with white head. Wet maled corn swill flavor that had a mediun bitter bite. Cool bottle with the big eagle on it.
