COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The brew is a tribute to the Chautauqua Lake Region of western New York. There was a time when brewers dotted the landscape over which eagles soured. Today two have returned. Specially brewed for the citizens of our fine county; this beer will not be sold anywhere but here. Inspired by the former Jamestown Brewing Company, defunct now for seventy-five years, this beer is brewed with only the finest ingredients and warranted strictly pure.

Bomber courtesy of cbkschubert. Corn and somewhat skunky aroma took me by surprise seeing bottle stated it was an amber ale. Yellow body with white head. Wet maled corn swill flavor that had a mediun bitter bite. Cool bottle with the big eagle on it.

Draught at New Beer. Grainy malty aroma, notes of wheat, banana. The color is pale yellow, tinge of red, white head. The flvaor is malts, cereal grains, wheat, banana, The finish is like the flavor, not much bitterness, more sweet. The mouthfeel is on the light side of medium. Not bad, not great. It’s a little wierd how this beer pulled in some of the characteristics of a weiss bier.

Thanks to HogTownHarry. Smells of yeast, cereal and even a small dose of floral hops. Head pours big and last for a while, cloudy golden colour. Taste is crisp, a little alcohol and wheat or some other grain. Doesn’t seem like an amber at all. And the bottle’s a little different from this one in the pick - says golden ale on the label even. 853759000889 UPC

Clean light golden colour with thin white head. Light malty aroma with some kind of citrusy background. Flavour is mute, kind of a light acidic bready malt. Watery body.

Bottle. This cap was a pain in the ass to get off. Pours a clear yellow body with a small fluffy white head. Aroma is bready, straw. Flavor is weak pale lager, macro style. Slightly sweet, dry. Drinkable swill, very un-Southern Tier and certainly not an Amber ale as I’ve come to know one.

Draught at the brewery.
Clear pale golden colour with small white head. Very mild malty aroma. Mild malty, sweetish flavour. No hops to speak of. Waterish. Not very original or imaginary.
