COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brewed to a traditional European style showcasing a blend of 100% New Zealand grown hops, this modern interpretation of a classic style. Winemakers often talk about terroir it is much the same for hops. New Zealand hops typically produce rich tropical fruit and citrus aromas compared to their European cousins.

Tasting @ Cellarbrations Carlisle Carpark Brewday.
Yellow gold, sparkling with a tidy white crown. Buttery, slightly vegetal aroma with just a hint of pilsner malt coming through. Unclean palate similar to the nose. Soapy mouthfeel. There is background malt and peppery hops but it didn’t come through on the day. One for a re-rate.

Light gold pour with decent white head. Malty, citrusy nose. Similar flavours but seemed a bit weak - probably my least favorite of what was on offer.

Clear pale golden body, citrus notes on the aroma, also coming through in the taste, crisp and dry, not big in body and not too bitter. Refreshing.
