1.5 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 1/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 6/20 Cirrhosis (932) - Edmonton, - JUN 3, 2009
First of all when I bought this beer I thought I was buying some crappie Asian brew based on the lettering and cheap looking red and gold label, I was horrified to learn this beer is made in Canada. This brew does look some what decent pale gold body with a pure white bubbly head that lasted the entire beer, just your average looking lager really. HU??? What the hell is this smell, very odd and fowl it is, corn and a pretty strong hops presence, and some dusty smelling malt, this beer just screams low grade crap. Blech!!! This crap taste horrible I’m almost tempted to give it the dump into the sink, but I just can’t bring my self to do that. Corn and chemicals and some hops is what I taste, very strong harsh flavor, I think I want but this in the fruit beer category but is corn a fruit. How in the hell was this abomination made in Canada, this is pure crap. Why oh why was this ever made."

341ml bottle. Another fairly generic tropical/South East Asian lager. The description says they wanted to make a beer that goes with Indian and spicy food and they succeeded.

1.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 1/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20 Powertrip (841) - Calgary, Alberta, CANADA - JUN 28, 2011
Single bottle purchased from Zyn Liqour on 06/24/2011. Colour: Very pale yellow with almost no head. Nose: Malty but with oranges and apple and a cardboard essence. Taste: Light sweet, light bitter, medium-light sour. A distinct tang here that somewhat resembles oranges but it fades immediately as the finish has an essence of shit, and that is being brutally honest....not that I eat shit on a regular basis.
2.3 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20 mabel (4405) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - APR 9, 2011
UPDATED: APR 10, 2011 [3655-20110323] 341mL bottle. Mild corn-like grains aroma. Clear, pale orange yellow body with a quick foamy white head. Generic grassy wheat grains flavour has hints of sweet corn. Medium body. Would likely complement the food here, wonderfully wafting over from the buffet... (4/3/5/3/8) 2.3

Bottle - 341ml. Boring blond body with a thick, diminishing white foamy head. Bland malty/hoppy aroma with some corny and grassy hints. Its watery taste carries malty and corny notes. Ends with a short bittersweet finish. Useless.

330ml bottle sampled at The Modern Indian Buffet. Pours a golden yellow with a white head and lots of carbonation. Aroma is a little skunky. Taste is of grain and corn.
1.4 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 6/20 garthicus (2088) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - AUG 1, 2010
Bottle at India Palace. Appearance: light straw yellow with a tiny white head. Lots of visible carbonation. Aroma: Skunky grass, damp cardboard, rice and corn. Flavour: nothing really.... Hmm, rice & corn, quite a lot of carbonation, a soda water finish. Not a beer, like a bud lite soda water shandy. Pure piss.
