2.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20 ben4321 (2222) - Hoboken, USA - JUL 25, 2010
Location: Draft at Jimmy’s 43, 7/17/10
Aroma: The nose has some wheat and fruit, and that’s basically it
Appearance: This one pours a cloudy golden-amber color into the glass
Flavor: Taste is wheaty, some sweetness to it, not much in the way of hops
Palate: The body on this beer is fairly light, simple enough, drinkable enough
Overall Impression:
This beer was really not anything to write too much about. I didn’t love this stuff, whatever, I don’t have too much else to say about it. Rating entry #1414, which is a rather useless but entertaining thing to note.

Cask at pony bar. Pours a dark, hazy Ruby red body with small white head. Aroma is light wheat and fruit. Palate is ultra thin, practically water...with flavors of piss and piss.
2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20 Pwn3d (1911) - Manhattan, New York, USA - APR 2, 2010
On tap at the brewery. Tastes like the base for the flavored wheat beer... i.e blackberry wheat. Good looking ruby/orange hazy pour. Nicely carbonated but no flavors to really lift up.
3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 sheatripper (863) - Brooklyn, New York, USA - MAY 21, 2008
From some of my notes--Draught at Brazen Head, designated as "Chelsea Spring Wheat." I’ve also seen something around named "April Showers and May Flowers." I’m assuming it’s the same thing here unless another entry is made. Cloudy amber pour. Slight spice and fruit in a wheaty malt aroma. Bready/biscuity malt flavors with some spice and citrus along with some herbal and floral notes. OK, nothing great.
3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20 RblWthACoz (963) - Brooklyn, New York, USA - SEP 28, 2007
Off notes 4/2007. Pours a clouded amber with a huge amount of bubble rising up. Fragrance is a slight citric one. Flavor is pretty smooth and a light wheat taste, though not much to it. Feel has a regular amount of bubble on the tongue and a pretty hearty liquid feel. Drinkable and smooth, but it is a pretty light version of a wheat brew I say.
2.4 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20 Gr0ve (1875) - Oslo, NORWAY - JUL 22, 2007
Draught at House of Brews, 51st. Cloudy copper reddish colour. Medium-sized head. Bready and a little raspberry. Head clings to the glass. Hints of raspbeery in the flavour. Quite dull.
1.5 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 3/20 JoeMcPhee (6965) - Toronto, ON, Ontario, CANADA - JUN 9, 2007
Very cloudy, dark amber beer with a thick creamy white head. Very low aroma, a bit of wheat and doughy yeast. No real spice or malt complexity. A bit of low wheaty spice and dirty dishwater malts. Not worth a damn.
2.3 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20 Sammy (6119) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - MAY 5, 2007
On tap at the brewery. Aroma is funky. A few dots of lace on cloudy gold. Some wheat, unfiltered taste. Lots of malt. Carbonation bubbles rising. Moderate sourness. Sour was negative on palate. Medium mouthfeel.
