Cask at Pony Bar, New York, simply as American Pale Ale, 6% ABV
Amber color; small head. Not much American, itís more kind of an English Golden Ale; the aroma is maybe too light; also the malt and toffee flavor is light, as well as the body, but it has some pleasant earthy touch; correct bitterness; the final is quite dry. Pleasant.

Tap at CBC. Amber beer, white head. Very fresh spicy hop aroma. Goldings-esque, but also showing a bit more resin than I associate with that hop. Slightly woody character over light crystal malt and sweet breadiness. Warming really freshens the hops up, allowing soft peach and mango character come out as well as sharpening the previously mentioned spiciness. Long resiny bitterness. Nice IPA.

Draught at Coles, Buffalo, NY. Pours a clear yellow with an average size diminishing white head. Pleasant resiny hops aroma with some grain coming through as well -- a bit mild but nice. Flavourís a little grainier and biscuitier then I would like with the hops showing more in the finish -- still good though. Decent bitter finish. Average bodied. Not bad though not necessarily something I would get again, not with the selection Coles has.

On tap @ Coles Buffalo NY. Very good APA. Nice hop aroma & flavor. As fresh hop beers are concerned this is right up there with Sierra Harvest. Very drinkable well balanced APA. Hops definately are the story here and they should be. Fresh NYS hops. Somewhat piney & citrusy. Great beer

(Cask at Chelsea Cask Festival) Golden and clear. Small white head. Hops, malts and white bread in aroma. Medium bodied palate with low carbonation. Malts, hops, grain, bitterness, sweetness and fruitiness in taste. Bitter and grainy aftertaste. Quite enjoyable.

Poured a lightly hazy amber color with a medium sized, off white head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of perfume, floral hops, light citrus fruits, and fresh-cut grass. Taste of citrus fruits, light toffee, toasted dough, with pine, light tobacco, and a bitter, grapefruit finish.

Mellow western hop aroma. Impressive woody auburn. Pleasant bittering, baking powder biscuity. Orangey backend, proper carbonation and linger hops earn this a good palate rating. A solid brewpub PA. medium body, light sweetness.

Cask at House Of Brews, NYC. Bright red-amber colour. Aroma and flavour are big and balanced, with notes of honey, tea, grass and citrus. Soft, light body. Very easy drinking and pleasant.

Tap at Barcade: Nice deep orange pour topped by a lacing, off-white, consistent head. The nose is full of crisp hop leaves, hints of lychee, and fresh soft citruses. Bright and welcoming. Has a creamy texture and a nice pine-y flavor. Fresh soft citrus flavors go well with a grainy, almost earthy hop resins. Very chewy fresh hop character overall. The finish is resiny, bitter, mildly spicy and long. Whether this is classified as an APA or IPA, itís a solid, fresh-hop-filled Ale.
