On draft at House of Brews in NYC. The beers is transparent and light golden yellow colored. The aroma is mild, with a touch of grain and lemon. Ok flavor with a touch of lemon rind in the finish. Light bitterness throughout. Light in body and refreshing. Overall, eh... ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On tap from Rattle and Hum NY. Pours a clear light yellow with a small head which fades rather quickly. Faint smell of malt. Average tasting, ever so slightly bitter but no aftertaste. Good mouth-feel. Nothing special. Good drink-ability although not my particular favorite.

Draught at the Chelsea Brewpub, New York, NY. Clear pale golden colour with tiny white head. Mild yeast & malt in aroma. Yeast, malt and that's about it. Boring & mild flavour. Disappointment. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Tap @ The Stag’s Head, NYC. Medium head with medium duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are sweet malt, notes of grass and hops. Crisp and clean in taste.

Very crappy Kolsch, if that’s what it is. Far too high on the hops, far too flat, far too cloudy even for the style. Not even sessionable.

On tap. Pours with a crystal clear blond-yellow hued body with a lasting white head. Aromas are bready, malty, honey, floral and toasty. Flavors are sweet (malty sweet), up front with mild salinity and minerality. Floral, honey, bready. Good. Lively bubbles, dry and light bodied. Really solid as a Blonde Ale (not so as a Kolsch).

Crisp dry light body, clean tasting with a hoppy overlay. More like a pils than a kolsch. Overall, OK but a bit dull.

Tap. Clear gold. Light aroma with some hints of wheat and grass, faint hops. Grainy, hint of hops, not bad.

From tap at the brewpub. Pours pale yellow with a small white head. Aroma is fruity and slight grassy hoppy. Bitter and dry. Grassy and dry finish. Ends dry.

On tap. Poured a hazy yellowish gold with a white head that dissipated quickly to the edges but laced slightly. Aroma had a good amount of sweet grains with a light grassy hop note with a bit light citrus. Flavor began with sweet grains and bread with light grassy hops, pine and citrus.
