(Old BA rate - tap)
Poured with a coppery orange hue; not bad half-finger of off-white head. Grapefruit and candy aroma; touch of sweet maltiness. Hop bitterness does come through well at first, but then followed by a fairly sweet malt backing that lent itself to a candy-like flavor to me. Medium MF; softish carbonation but quite alright. Decent, not a bad brew but just not the easiest in the style to drink. Overall, just a tad too sweet for my liking, but a not bad brew.

Tap @ Boston/NY 2009. Soft fruity nose, grapefruit, citrussy. Soft balanced taste, very nice bitter. Slight dry finish. Brewer kept on pouring this stuff and its exceptionally drinkable, showing he sure knows how to brew a nice beer.

Tap @ Rattle ’N’ Hum. Amber pour with white foam. Hoppy aroma. Flavor seemed to be off, malt character was too strong for me in an IPA.
