On tap at the Blind Tiger. Flavor and aroma were close to being really good, but were just a bit off. Aroma of citrus and flowers. Flavor had some grain to it. Flavor also had some citrus, floral and caramel characteristics. close to being real good.

A hazy golden ale with a thick whit a thick white head. A very nice perfumey hops aroma with light chalk and flowers. In mouth, a good crisp hoppy IPA, a bit short on malts, with lingering bitterness, a bit too long. Medium bodied. On Tap at Clark’s Ale House, Nov. 17 2007.

2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20 Rastacouere (6045) - Montreal, Quebec, CANADA - OCT 28, 2007
Unclear light amber coloured ale leaving a fading white head. Kinda generic, all-american citrus in your face hops over a particularly timid maltiness. Citrus are also felt in the palate, but the surprisingly high sweetness does not really feel like it has an origin, so thin is the body. Apart and unlinked components. Slicing bitterness is not that hard, but feels harsh in this neighbourhood.
