Draft at the blind tiger. Lots of nice head, and aroma of yeast, lemon, bubblegum, and spices. The flavor was similar to the aroma, but actually somewhat sour like a flemish (but pretty mild one).

29.04.06 Tap at TAPNY. Lightly hazed golden color with lasting white head. Mild Belgian esters on nose with some spice and a berry-like fruitiness. I’m surprised to see that Joe noticed the same unusual berry quality. Some lingering spices throughout. The taste is entirely different with DMS coming right to the fore and really ruining what could have been a nice quaff. Too bad.

Cloudy yellow beer, thick white head. Yeasty and bready aroma with very faint banana, spicy clove/coriander. A bit phenolic. Some raspberry esters, light spice and faint pepper. Very full-bodied and bready tasting. Wheaty malts and lingering sweet esters. Noble hop flavour is present and adds a bit of spicy complexity to the yeasty notes. It’s all over the place, but it’s still pretty good.
