COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A medium bodied ale with the perfect balance between malt and domestic hop flavors and aromas. The use of "crystal malt" in the brewing process imparts a rich caramel flavor. The pitching of American ale yeast to this classic style gives our Red Ale a light fruitiness.

Drought. Copper red with small beige foamy head, nutmeg aroma, spicy taste with hint of cinnamon, low carbonation, sour finish. A bit weak for my taste.

Full bodied beer with a deep red color. A good light hoppy taste with a good caramel taste in the middle. A solid beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

WS, somewhere in London. Dark toffee colour, sweet aroma. Overly bitter. Unbalanced... But nice overall, a little different.

On tap. Pours a dark amber/red color with a foamy off white head. Aroma of slightly roasted malt with some grassy hops. Taste of sweet malt, and some earthy/grassy hop bitterness in the finish.

Draft at the Chelsea Brewery in NYC. American pint glass. Pours a muddy amber with thin white head. Aroma was pretty lacking with slight roasted smells and sugar. The taste kind of didn’t match the aroma. It was medium bodied with malts and caramel flavor. Overall it was just lacking anything bold in the flavor department. Not a bad beer though.
